Our company tubular ultrafiltration membrane has been successfully applied in the sewage treatment system of Beianhe Depot on Beijing Metro Line 16

The sewage treatment system of Beianhe Depot of Beijing Metro Line 16 has been successfully completed. The Bintel tubular membrane and gas lift tubular ultrafiltration membrane have been successfully applied in the project. In this project, the tubular ultrafiltration membrane mainly replaces the secondary sedimentation tank and plays a role in separating sludge and water. The automation operation is high and easy to maintain.

Gas lift membrane is a type of external tubular MBR, which is a filtration form similar to curtain MBR. The system does not have a circulation pump, and the raw liquid enters the membrane module through the inlet pump. The fan provides the source for the membrane module. The mixture of gas and water entering the membrane module can achieve flushing of the membrane filtration surface and reduce membrane pollution. The water production side is pumped out by a suction pump. The gas lift membrane uses a 5.2mm tubular ultrafiltration membrane, which can process fluids with a solid content of up to 15000mg/l. This membrane element can be used for gas lift structures.

The use of this "V-shaped" membrane and vertical installation helps to construct the rack in this way, providing support for the optimized gas lift process.

The air lift mode can be used to optimize the isolation process, using air, forward flushing, and backwashing to keep the membrane clean and tidy, and completing tasks with high energy efficiency

Airlift membranes are mainly used for high solids applications, such as separating biological sludge and clean water (MBR) in membrane bioreactors. The filtrate will not contain any solids and the SDI can reach<3. Therefore, if all soluble substances need to be removed, it can be the best pre-treatment filtration method for reverse osmosis.

Can be used for the following applications:

Sludge separation in membrane bioreactors (MBR's) for wastewater from tobacco factories, domestic sewage, spray wastewater, garbage leachate, and other sources

Recycling of Water in Algae Production

Reverse osmosis pretreatment for influent with high suspended solids content.
